Furxhéir became a citizen of Talossa on 21 January 2001/XXII and two months later was appointed Secretary of State by Prime Minister Michael Pope to commence the fourth Clark of the 28th Cosa. He served nearly five Cosas as Secretary of State, leaving the Kingdom while holding that office and also while a sitting Senator, during the crisis of 2004 that created the Talossan Republic.

As Secretary of State, he had 3 great accomplishments: He produced automated tools to operate the office of the Secretary of State, he compiled multiple historic information for the first time, including the full list of all Cosa Members and Senators as well as many of the old Clarks. Finally, his third great accomplishment was discovering the Cosa Number Scandal

During his first presence as a citizen of Talossa, Furxhéir also became Minister of Stuff, Scribe of Abbavilla, Minister of Immigration and WittMeister, hosting Wittenberg VIII, IV and X from 2002 until 2004, and then continuing to host Wittenberg for the Republic of Talossa.

Furxhéir is also the creator of the Talossa Database system, the former publisher of Talossa Weekly and co-creator of Quator Itrins, the premier news service of the Republic of Talossa.

Furxhéir was the first Secretary of State of the Republic of Talossa and also served as minister of foreign affairs and opened the first negociations between the Republic and the Kingdom of Talossa which served as the first step behind the eventual reunision of the Republic and the Kingdom.

However, Furxhéir had left around 2006-2007 the Republic for personal reasons.

He returned to the Kingdom of Talossa on July 3rd 2013 and was once again a citizen on July 4th 2013. He quickly became a Cosa Member, the Deputy Minister of Stuff, Deputy Scribe of Abbavilla and Deputy Secretary of State.

He later succeeded Iusti Canun as Secretary of State.

As of July 2014, he is the second in the rank of Secretary of State when ordered by number of Clark served, with 29 Clarks.
