Péngöpäts ([ˈpɛŋɡøˌpæt͡s] ( )) is a territory of Talossa. Talossa lays claim (as the Péngöpäts Antarctic Territory) to that part of Marie Byrd Land in Antarctica which is not claimed by any other sovereign nation under the Antarctic Treaty System. This territory lies between 90°W and 150°W longitude, between the Chilean and New Zealand Antarctic claims. Its inhabitants are few, and mostly penguins. It remains the only part of Talossan territory that no Talossan has ever seen.

The Péngöpäts Antarctic Territory spans from 90° to 150° W longitude on the coldest continent. Péngöpäts is divided into three shires, and its affairs are overseen by a Royal Governor appointed by the Crown. The permanent population consists almost exclusively of penguins.

The climate in Péngöpäts is typically very cold, which aids in maintaining the thick and distinctive coating of ice that cloaks the never-seen Pengöpäts landmass. The low level of rainfall in Péngöpäts means that it is Talossa's only desert territory. In fact, it is the coldest, driest, and windiest place in Talossa (and the world).

Because the Organic Law requires that any prospective province have at least ten residents (Org.17.13.), it seems unlikely that the near-uninhabitable Péngöpäts will ever ascend from its territorial status.

Péngöpäts is governed by Royal Governor Munditenens Tresplet, who was appointed 8 July 2012, replacing Eugene Oh.
