I, MUNDITENENS TRESPLET OF 2017/XXXVIII, ROYAL GOVERNOR OF PENGOPATS, ISSUE THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
I hereby decree that, thanks to the Talossan Time Machine, MTPGD4, titled, "Conduction of Non-Binding Referendum regarding Provinical-hood"is hereby amended as follows:
The ballot shall expire on August 15th, 2012/XXXIII.
The only item on the ballot shall be as follows:
"Should the Péngöpäts representative vote for or against 44RZ2 in the Ziu?"
The appropriate responses to this item shall be "KA GREEN" for YES, "KA GREEN" for NO, or CZ BROWN for UNSURE.
I hereby mandate that all pubs in the Péngöpäts commence with the ballot taking, and recommend that all residents of Péngöpäts report to their local pub to cast their ballot. Honorary residents are not eligible to cast a vote at this time. (Or at that time, since this referendum election was held five years ago.)
