WHEREAS The Uppermost Cort of Talossa has overwhelmingly approved Devin Burr to become the 79th Citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby overwhelmingly defers to the wisdom of the Men in Black and, in a prompt and lively fashion, votes a big warm "üc" to his citizenship.
