Xheralt Conâ's lone Cabinet was appointed by Marcus Cantalour, as Regent for Robert I, on 18 June 2004. This happened mere weeks after the secession of the Republic; Quedeir Castiglha had resigned as Prime Minister as a consequence, in the last days of the 32nd Cosa. Conâ had already served as Prime Minister for a few days in late 2003, after Mximo Carbonél's resignations, but didn't get to appoint a Cabinet as he resigned soon after in favour of Gödafrïeu Válcadác'h's interim government.

Conâ vowed to only appoint "useful" ministers, and indeed no list of appointees is available to date; although Weston Erni was publicly appointed Distain, and Cantalour served as Immigration Minister.
