Marcüs Pitz (Mark Andrew Pendl) was a citizen of Talossa from the province of Maricopa.
Talossa's seventh Cybercit, he was a member of the original ZRT and became its second leader, replacing Cheneþ Velméir in the run-up to the elections for the 22nd Cosa. He would later found the Peace and Freedom Party of Talossa (PFPT) together with Dan Wardlow.
Outside politics, he is listed as one of the contributors to the 1997 Treisour, the first dictionary of the Talossan language.
He last voted in 1999, and his citizenship lapsed in August 2001.
