C.1.3.1. The Scribe of Abbavilla shall maintain all laws in L'Anuntzia dels Legeux, insofar as possible, with the same content that was approved by the Ziu, except that amending acts that refer to section numbers in pre-existing statutes that were changed by the Scribery shall be construed as referring to the equivalent section numbers in the amended statutes as originally enacted.

I'm in the process of determining if brackets have been added as a note (they can be safely added as a useful footnote) or in the text of the law (they can only be removed by law). These will be highlighted

. Moreover I will highlight those parts of text that need renumbering, to be corrected, etc.--Üc R. Tärfâ (talk) 06:25, 17 March 2023 (CDT)

54RZ23 §1(c) Passed.png

The Scribery of Talossa is instructed, and shall have an express power and duty, to replace in El Lexhatx with "Seneschál" any and all references to a "Prime Minister", or therein with "Distáin" any and all references to a "Deputy Prime Minister", as according to fair reason and context.

§ H.2 - §H.24 Passed.png

When 53RZ22 was approved in 2019 it provided for the introduction of a new Lexh.H.2 and the consequent renumbering of all the following sections. Instead it was erroneously inserted as § H.24 generating a text that differed from what was authorised.
NUMBERING CURED BY 55RZ18 §5

54RZ25:

-that the Scribe is authorized to modify the following sections or subsection identifiers to cure any inconsistency upon the statute coming into effect, and may fix any accents, diaeresis, or like marks for consistency with Talossan nomenclature and the Talossan language;

-All references to "Justice" or "Justices" as it relates to a member of the Cort pü Inalt contained in el Lexhatx not specifically identified in this below shall be replaced with "Judge" or "Judges." Passed.png

-53RZ22 introduced a new section 4 and provided for a renumbering of the following sections that wasn't carried out. All amending laws before 27 March 2023 made reference to the previous numbering (-1).

Highlighting

There's a bunch of stuff in the legal code here that's highlighted in various ways. Is this something that needs to be public-facing? If not, official notes should probably be taking place on a copy of the text. Layfolk aren't going to know if they have any legal meaning or not.--AD (talk) 11:03, 23 April 2023 (CDT)
