Istefan Perþonest

Istefan Éovart Perþonest (Steven Edward Ehrbar, b. 25 March 1978) is the Regent of the University of Talossa, and Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Royal Bank & Post.

Perþonest became Talossan on 21 February 1998.
