J(ames) Harrison (Harry) Wosniak was a citizen of Talossa. In July of 1981 he became the fifth citizen of Talossa. He was husband of Talossan citizen Melanie Freeman and they were parents of one dandelion, Andrew.
He served as Seneschal during the 11th Cosa.
