Istefan Éovart Perþonest (Steven Edward Ehrbar, b. 25 March 1978, Talossan since 21 February 1998) is the Regent of the University of Talossa, Cunstaval of Fiova, and Minister of Finance (and thus Chairman of the Royal Bank & Post).
