Background
The court assented to a resolution of both houses of the Ziu which effected the abdication of Louis according to the explicit wish of his mother.
Opinion
- The Cort pü Înalt unanimously assents to the resolution regarding the abdication of His Majesty ("Honoring the Wishes of the King's Mother - A Sorrowful Resolution") which has been duly approved by a two-thirds majority of the Ziu.
