Eligibility

There are 3 types of eligible teams. Since the 2018 event is basically a testing ground, only the teams of the 1st type are expected.

  1. Teams for Talossan provinces
  2. Teams for micronations/unrecognized states
  3. Teams for UN recognized states that meet certain quota. If more than three countries from a continent request registration, they need to be united into a unified team for a continent (continents are: North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and Oceania.)

No team of the second or third group can be larger than 1/2 of participants of Talossan provincial teams combined. That means, if all seven provinces of Talossa send 26 participants combined, no team of the II or III group can be larger than 13 participants.

Rock-Paper-Scissors

Rock-Paper-Scissors Talossalympic tournament will have a brackets structure. Participants will be divided into pairs on a random basis, and then the winners will advance to the next round until finals and bronze medal game.

Each game will have a conductor, who will gather moves from the participants. Basically a player sends either "rock", "paper" or "scissors" to the conductor, who, after gathering both moves, announces them and either declares a winner or a draw. If a draw is declared, a new round is played.

One set of medals will be contested in this discipline.
