WHEREAS The Talossan forum at chatzy.com/talossa, which occasionally features interesting bursts of discussion, is desolate almost any time there is not an election, and
WHEREAS That is a shame because the Chatzy is a great chance for Talossans to interact informally, and off of Wittenberg, (sort of like a better version of the Shoutbox since S:reu Munditenens Tresplet started paying for us to be able to see all of our past posts), and
WHEREAS We all know that Talossa is not Witt, so off-Witt interaction should be encouraged, and
WHEREAS On November 2nd, I started a silly publicity stunt by posting on the Chatzy and promising I would honor the first person to respond to me with a Day of Observance, and
WHEREAS On November 5th, Glüc da Dhi responded
THEREFORE November 7th, 2018 shall be Look at the Chatzy Day
FURTHERMORE S:reu da Dhi is commended for his commitment to Talossan fora.
