Alexandreu Bisquinc, a citizen of Cézembre. The first Russian in the Kingdom of Talossa and the northernmost citizen of the Kingdom. Is a member of 44th Cosa and l'Etats de Cézembre. Has had served a short term as a substitute Senator of the province.
Currently is a member of the Moderate Radical Party of Talossa, of which he was a co-founder.
Personal views
Is a strong atheist and antinatalist. As an expression of his views has founded the Talossan Atheistic Alliance.
