Advice Sought Twice Act

The following two questions are to appear on the next election ballot as advisory referenda: Do you think that Talossa should relinquish all territorial claims? Yes or no? Do you think that Talossan voters should have the option to choose "none of the above" on their election ballots and to have this choice represented proportionately in the Cosâ by empty seats? Yes or no?
