Napoleons Game Day PD
I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneshál del Regipäts Talossán, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare the following Prime Dictate:
Whereas, Napoleon's Game Store, which closed last April, has always played a part in the history of Talossa, and
Whereas, it represented the best of what is Talossa's national pastime,
Therefore I hereby declare September 15th, the day Napoleons opened its doors in 1979, to be recognized and celebrated as "Game Day" in the Kingdom of Talossa.
Done under my hand this second day of September, two thousand and five.
