The Make Thomas II Our First Permanent Resident Act
WHEREAS a new temporary law is in effect modifying the way prospectives become citizen, and; WHEREAS Thomas Cutterham is the first prospective to have succesfully followed all the steps leading to the title of Permanent Resident, and;
THEREFORE
The Ziu resolves to make Thomas Cutterham a permanent resident as per LZ7 of the 29th Ziu.
