The We Still Have to Make it Official, Electrawoman Act

Whereas Article 4 of the Constituziun specifies that the nation's capital is "Abbavilla", and Whereas last month we voted to change the capital to Electrabase, we hereby amend Article 4 to read "Electrabase" rather than Abbavilla.
