Milwaukee is an American city with strong connections to Talossa. Almost all Old Growth Talossans, including founder Robert I, were born and raised in the city, and a majority of Talossa's territory was once part of the East Side of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee is the largest city in the state of Wisconsin; in 2010, the population was 594,833. Because of its size and wealth, and thanks to the long connections to Talossa, Milwaukee still provides today almost all of the necessities of civic maintenance and facilities for the local Cestours.

Known for its brewing traditions, major new additions to the city include the Milwaukee Riverwalk, the Wisconsin Center, Miller Park, an internationally renowned addition to the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, and Pier Wisconsin, as well as major renovations to the U.S. Cellular Arena. In addition, many new skyscrapers, condos, lofts and apartments have been constructed in neighborhoods on and near the lakefront and riverbanks.
