Additionally, three new citizens claimed a seat each as per the provisions of 56RZ11:
*[[Antonio Montagnha]] and [[Vitxalmour Axhairsegol]], in the first and second Clarks;
*[[Bråneu Excelsio]], from the third Clark onwards.
Both Montagnha and Axhairsegol voted to elect a Seneschal but failed to vote in both Clarks, losing their seat. Nevertheless, their addition made the 57th Cosa the largest by number of seats since the [[EM200#1988 Constituziun variation|1988 Constituziun 215-seat Cosa]], which gave 10 seats by right to the Seneschal and 5 to the Distain.
Another new citizen, [[Tric'hard Lenxheir]], fell out of the scope of 56RZ11, but was given a seat by the TNC from their own tally, without increasing the number of seats in the Cosa.
