WHEREAS I recently challenged the citizens of Talossa to update TalossaWiki and port the last remaining content on kingdomoftalossa.net to TalossaWiki, and
WHEREAS I offered anyone who made 20 such updates or ports the chance to have me issue a Prime Dictate declaring a Day of Observance commemorating a topic of their choice, and
WHEREAS Eðo Grischun has made 20 updates
THEREFORE August 28th, 2018 shall be Supertramp Appreciation Day
