43RZ20 — The Justice Buchholtz Removal Act
WHEREAS we have three inactive Justices on the bench of the Uppermost Cort and this in fact leads to breaches in the law, cause we're pretty sure dueling is illegal,
WHEREAS we would like three active Justices, who like the law and that sort of thing,
THEREFORE be it enacted that Justice Fritz von Buchholtz is hereby removed from office, as per the Organic Law, Article XVI, Section 1.
FURTHERMORE, Baron Buchholtz is understood to be a Justice Emeritus in good standing, as per 43RZ15. The Ziu thanks Baron Buchholtz for his service, brings to mind all Napoleon's stood for, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Scribe's Notes
- This act failed to pass the Ziu after the King spoke with Baron Fritz and received his resignation from office and news of Fritz's poor health. A campaign was then undertaken to ensure this measure would fail, and the Prime Minister issued a Prime Dictate allowing Baron Fritz's resignation to be accepted verbally. The Senate thereupon immediately proceeded to unanimously grant the retired justice the Senatorial Medal of Honour for his service to the nation.
