Fiôvâ Provincial Chancery

In accordance with Fiovă Const. § 3.1, Fiovă Const. § 4.1 and Fiovă Const. § 4.2, the General Assembly of Fiôvâ elects Miestrâ Schivâ as Acting Capitán, until a Capitán can be properly elected. In doing this, we formally declare to the Secretary of State of the Kingdom that Fiôvâ now contains "a working constitution with an elected government and a citizenry comprising at least ten persons", as required by Org.17.13. and requests recognition as a Province.

Election of the Túischac'h and Confirmation of the Provisional Secretary of State:
Concurrently with the adoption of the Resolution above, Xhorxh Asmoûr has been elected Túischac'h of the General Assembly and Jum Txec Tric'hardsëfiglheu has been confirmed as Provisional Secretary of State by consensus.
