Office of Private Adventurers

The Office of Private Adventurers is an agency of the Ministry of Defence that was established in April of 2006 (via statutory law 35RZ30) to provide legal haven for Talossa's bands of pirates during the conduct of war. In theory, this Office issued letters of marque and reprisal to registered privateers, and saw to it that should any such persons be captured in the conduct of their revelry and looting in the name of the Kingdom, any ransom demands for their return will be given whatever audience the Office deems worthy.
