The Landmark Building is the capitol of Florencia Province. Located on Farwell Avenue at Kenilworth Street, the capitol is home to the Oriental Theatre, a bowling alley, a corner shop, and, importantly, a bar and liquor store. Considering these constituent occupants, Ma la Mha, longtime governor of Florencia, was often known to remark, "Is that the best capitol building ever, or what?"
According to the Constitution of Florencia, the building serves as capitol during times when the Governor, Senator, or Constable of the province are not resident within the province.
