The rules governing the procedures of the General Assembly of Fiovă are the 2012/R3 Standing Orders of the General Assembly. Here it's possible to find guidelines to help citizens easily understand how the process to propose, amends and approve laws or resoulution in the General Assembly works.

Laws

According with Sections 2, 3, 4 and 9 of the Standing Orders.

Step Who What Subject head label How long What other citizens may do
1 Citizen publish a draft on the Forum [FOR DISCUSSION] as long as you want comment and suggest edits
you can revise it as you want, once you like it you can move to step 2
2 Citizen open a new thread [PROPOSAL] 7 days propose amendments on the same thread
ff amendments have been proposed the process procedes to step 3, otherwise it goes directly to step 4
3 Túischac'h open a new thread [AMENDMENTS VOTE] 7 days VOTE ON EACH AMENDMENT
when all the amendments have been settled and, if needed, the proposed text modified accordingly
4 Túischac'h open a new thread [FINAL VOTE] 7 days VOTE ON THE FINAL TEXT
if PËR > CONTRÂ, the Túischac'h then shall submit the approved text to the Cunstavál for promulgation
5 Cunstavál promulgate 10 days wait
If the Cunstavál fails to promulgate it in 10 days, it shall be deemed to have passed
THE LAW IS IN FORCE
