Sandee Prachel Macht (Saulâ Prec'hel) was a citizen of Talossa and citizen of Cézembre province. She married fellow Talossan citizen Josh Macht.
She became a Talossan citizen in March of 1987, and served as Seneschal for the PC during the 6th Cosa. She ended her Talossan life on 1 December 2000.
