Mazzini
Type: Canton
Province: Belacostă
Area: 170.01 ac. (68.80 ha)

Mazzini Canton is a Canton of Belacostă Province. It is the northern of Belacostă's two cantons, and is named for Italian republican and proponent of Italian unification Giuseppe Mazzini. Mazzini's cantonal holiday is March 22 in honor of Giuseppe Mazzini's birthday, even though Mazzini was born on the 22nd of June, not of March. The province's unofficial stance for the discrepancy is that the Benitians are to blame.
