The Nimlet is Florencia's provincial voting system. It has 14 seats with two always held by the Govenor. It has seats held by the RUMP, MRPT and LPR.
In past times, the Nimlet was composed of two separate houses, known as the House of Shepherds and the House of Sheep. Members of the Nimlet are known as Shepherds (or, in Talossan, Pastours).
