Whereas there are some specific improvements that can be made to the Organic Law, and

I. Entrenched Law

Therefore, Article IX shall have a new Section 6, which shall read,

There shall be a standing and coherent legal code for the nation, called el Lexhatx. The first section of el Lexhatx shall be known as "Title A: Entrenched Law." Furthermore, these changes in their entirety are dependent on the failure of the concurrently proposed "The Final Draft of the 2019 Amendment to the Organic Law" bill. Should the Final Draft of the 219 Amendment to the Organic Law pass the Ziu and pass in a referendum with the people of Talossa, then none of the changes found within this bill shall be made.
