Davïu Foctéir (David Fauteux) was a citizen of Talossa and of Atatürk province. He served as Secretary of State during the 27th Cosa and the initial Clarks of the 28th Cosa, and was appointed the first Scribe of Abbavilla. He became a Talossan citizen on 21 June 1999.
