Fiôvâ Provincial Chancery |
- The Provincial Government of Fiova may confer an honour, Stalwart of the Four Stars, upon any of Talossa's citizens that are considered eligible by provincial law.
- Talossan citizens may be considered eligible if they have displayed exceptional service in promoting the importance of the Talossan Republic's heritage as part of Talossan culture.
- The honour must be conferred by Executive Order of the Cunstaval, though the General Assembly may compel the Cunstaval to confer the aforementioned honour by resolution.
