A Talossan is a citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa. Ways to become a Talossan is by either immigration or when a Dandelion reaches 14.(Although no dandelions have so far become Talossans) Less-frequently, it can be used to refer to someone who is not a citizen, but still an advocate for Talossan culture.
