A1: THE FIRST CÉZEMBRIAN CULTURE ACT
Whereas Cézembre is the best province of Talossa, and Whereas the best province of Talossa needs to have its own, unique culture, and Whereas the possibility of provincial food has already been discussed, and Whereas one French/Cézembrean specialty turned out to be perfect for our wonderful island, now Therefore the Cézembrian government recognizes cotriade as provincial food and as a part of the Cézembrian culture.
