Anyone, assuming it's done like this:

• Export the current list from the wiki.
• Use find and replace in your favourite text processor to fix the wiki's mangled export of the words Atatürk, Cézembre, and Florencia.
• Paste and save, being careful not to remove the article category in the process.

Sev has it right. The citizen list is not one of the things we "officially" keep here. The Chancery has the sole authoritative list, and MPF was just nice enough to make a reasonably good export tool for us.--AD (talk) 22:17, 12 September 2014 (UTC)
