WHEREAS I recently challenged the citizens of Talossa to update TalossaWiki and port the last remaining content on kingdomoftalossa.net to TalossaWiki, and

WHEREAS I offered anyone who made 20 such updates or ports the chance to have me issue a Prime Dictate declaring a Day of Observance commemorating a topic of their choice, and

WHEREAS Eðo Grischun has made 20 updates

THEREFORE August 28th, 2018 shall be Supertramp Appreciation Day

Done under my hand, as from Kenwood House, this 27th day of August in the Year of Our Lord 2018, of the independence of Talossa the thirty-ninth, and the twelfth in the reign of our gracious Sovereign John.
