Recommendations

Where some flags may specify an exact color scheme, others do not. The Academy recommends the following colors for use in such cases to keep the nation's fleet of flags uniform.

Color Sample Hex RGB CMYK Pantone Notes
Bicoloreu Green      (0,132,0) #008400 (100,0,100,48) 348 C
Bicoloreu Red      (226,3,8) #E20308 (0,99,96,11) 185 C
Gold / Yellow      (254,195,34) #FEC322 (0,23,87,0) 1235 C
     (249,228,75) #F9E44B (0,8,70,2) 106 C Maritiimi-Maxhestic
Azure / Blue      (30,61,123) #1E3D7B (76,50,0,52) 7687 C
     (75,128,220) #4B80DC (66,42,0,14) 279 C Maritiimi-Maxhestic
Orange      (240,138,25) #F08A19 (0,43,90,6) 1375 C
Light Blue      (24,191,216) #18BFD8 (89,12,0,15) 311 C Péngöpäts

Furthermore, the Academy recommends a flag ratio of five units height to eight units length.

Bringing the various flags of the nation into compliance with these recommendations yields the following:
(Note: none of these flags are official, but are simply compliant with both their controlling statute and the RAV's recommendations.)
