WHEREAS it appears that Luis is still actively interested in Talossan citizenship, that his heart is in the right place, that his absence was merely a product of misunderstandings, and that his present condition is solely forced by provisions in El Lexhatx; and | |||
WHEREAS let's give him another chance, | |||
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby directs the Chancery to issue a Grant of Citizenship to Luis Valencia, and welcomes him to the country. | |||
