34PD23 — The Scribe of Abbavilla PD

I, Fritz von Buchholtz, Seneschal del Regipats Talossan, with the full weight and authority of my august position do hereby and forthwith declare (whew) the following Prime Dictate:

WHEREAS, Marc Moisan has resigned his position as The Scribe of Abbavilla, and

WHEREAS, Marc Moisan has done an excellent job and earned the gratitude of the kingdom, and

WHEREAS, he has recomended Manus Hand to act as his successor,

Therefore I hereby appoint Manus Hand as The Scribe of Abbavilla and authorize him to carry out any and all duties associated with this office.
