A Talossan is a citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa. Ways to become a Talossan, with full voting rights, is by either immigration or when a Dandelion comes of full age. The first Dandelion to ever register with the Ministry of Immigration was No'ac'h Ventrutx on the 31st of December in 2013. Less-frequently, it can be used to refer to someone who is not a citizen, but still an advocate for Talossan culture. Another such type of non citizen Talossan is a Prospective Citizen.
