Alèxandreu Seescu Soleighlfred is a citizen of Cézembre. He is the first Russian in the Kingdom of Talossa and the northernmost citizen of the Kingdom. Soleighlfred is a member of 44th Cosa and l'Etats de Cézembre. Has served during the 41st Cosa as interim Senator for the province.
Currently is a member of the Moderate Radical Party of Talossa, of which he was a co-founder and the Sénéchal of Cézembre.
Personal Views
As an expression of his anti-religious views has founded the Talossan Secular Alliance. Known as criticist of civilization.
