R. Márcüs Cantaloûr (Mark Hamilton) is a former citizen of Talossa and of Atatürk province. He became a Talossan citizen on 1 October 1996, and served in a number of offices, including in the Senate.
He was Seneschal at the time of his renunciation of citizenship on 16 August 2005, sparking a constitutional crisis, as he left office when a General Election was mandated by Organic Law, without having named a successor to R. Ben Madison, who had served as Secretary of State until his own renunciation of citizenship on that same date.
