MTPGD2--Grant of Honorary Residency for Éovart Grischun


DECREED: July 21st, 2012

I, MUNDITENENS TRESPLET OF 2012, ROYAL GOVERNOR OF PENGOPATS, ISSUE THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

I hereby grant honorary residency to Éovart Grischun, citizen of Vuode Province, along with all the rights and honor that it has, if it has any at all. Éovart is entitled to live in the territory, should he choose to, along with ingress and egress to and from the property he stakes a claim in.

Oh, and I'll be an honorary resident too. What the hell.
