Glüc da Dhi, a Cézembrean, is the Seneschal of the Kingdom of Talossa. He is also a former Sénéchal of the Talossan Province of Cézémbre, a member of l'Etats de Cézembre, and the Senator representing Cézembre.
Formerly a member of the Progressive Party of Talossa, he founded the Moderate Radical Party with his partymate Alèxandreu Soleighlfred.
He also submits articles to the Talossan Observer from time to time.
