The University of Talossa was charged with providing educational opportunities and recognizing achievement in Talossan academic studies and accomplishments. The University was removed from the Royal Household by The Science Rules! Act. The Regent of the University of Talossa is Istefan Perþonest. The last President of the University of Talossa was Dr. Txec Róibeard Nordselva; the office has since been abolished.
