Béneditsch Ardpresteir ( @ Ben-Ard and "Debz", b. 18 November 1980) is the Attorney-General of the Kingdom of Talossa. He is also the Deputy Immigration Minister of the Kingdom, as well as a Royal Officer being the Undersecretary of State in the Royal Chancery.

Béneditsch is also a Fellow of the Royal Talossan College of Arms and has helped quite a few armigers in choosing their emblazon before such blazon could be awarded by the King.

Béneditsch became a Talossan citizen on 19 January 2012. A citizen of Maricopa province, Ardpresteir is a resident of New Delhi, India.

A graduate of St.Patrick's H. S. School, a century old Christian Brothers school in Asansol(WB, India), Béneditsch earned his LL.B.(Hons.) Degree from University School of Law & Legal Studies, GGS IP University, Delhi. Thereafter he completed his Post Graduate Diplomas in Securities & Banking Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, International Trade & Business Laws from Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi and Intellectual Property Right Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

He resides in New Delhi, where he is the Litigation Head of a law firm specialising in Anti-Trust, Banking Laws, Customs & Excise Laws, Family Laws, Property Laws, and Writs. The Firm also provides legal and professional assistance and services to major firms and other attorneys.

Award & Honours

Béneditsch is a recipient of the Prime Minister's Patriotic Award, being responsible for the immigration of his father, S:reu Ardpresteir, Sr.
