I, MUNDITENENS TRESPLET OF 2013/XXXIV, ROYAL GOVERNOR OF PENGOPATS, ISSUE THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
I hereby grant honorary residency to Béneditsch Ardpresteir, citizen of Maricopa Province, along with all the rights and honor that it has, if it has any at all. Béneditsch is entitled to live in the territory, should he choose to, along with ingress and egress to and from the property he stakes a claim in.
I thank Béneditsch Ardpresteir in his interest in the Great Territory Down Under, and wish him the best of luck fending off the penguins, who don't have a very good idea of private property rights.
