Cybercits

Cybercits are Talossan Citizens who do not reside, physically, within the domains of the Talossa and who, at the time of immigration, are assigned citizenship in one of the eight Provinces that constitute Greater Talossa.

Someone who physically resides inside Talossa is know as a Old Growth Citizen.
