In the event of a tie in the Senatorial election of June/July 2012 in the Free Province of Fiôvâ, the provincial government resolves that it shall conduct a secret ballot election as described in the Fiôván Elections and Referendum Law, using the same provisions used to elect the province's Capitan as stated in Title V of the aforementioned law.
The victorious candidate of the election shall be declared the elected Senator of Fiôvâ.
