I, MUNDITENENS TRESPLET OF 2012/XXXIII, ROYAL GOVERNOR OF PENGOPATS, ISSUE THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
I hereby certify the results of the non-binding referendum conducted on August 7th and expired on August 15th, 2012/XXXIII:
The only item on the ballot was as follows: "Should the Péngöpäts representative vote for or against 44RZ2 in the Ziu?" The appropriate responses to this item were "2 FLAPS" for YES or "1 FLAP" for NO.
With 0 registered voters, there was a voter turn-out of over 100%, with almost 1200 ballots cast.
The raw vote totals were:
1 2 FLAPS
1199 1 FLAP.
I certify that the residents of Péngöpäts overwhelmingly wish their representative to vote NO on 44RZ2.
